Executive Assistant / Office Administrator
We're looking for a motivated individual who can hit the ground running. We're a small team looking to bring in someone who shares our passion for helping young people build the skills they need for the future.
This is a full time position, working out of our Lambton Quay office.
It's essential you have a strong working knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing and Xero. We also are looking for someone who has an engaging phone/video conferencing manner and can build rapport with our clients and customers easily. Experience in Sales Support and Customer Support is also desirable. You'll need to be organised, but flexible enough to work in a start-up environment where new opportunities arise frequently.
